Q. I used to have an account on the old BMC Protect/Bay Medical website.  Do I need to re-register for the new site? 

A. Yes, you will need to sign up again. You may use the same User ID but will need to use a new password that conforms to the password requirements.  If you had a prior account on our old website, we should be able to link your account so that your prior order history is available.  Please contact us at info@bmcprotect.com to request linking your account or if you are unable to re-register. 

 

Q. I have ordered from BMC Protect/Bay Medical before, but have not on the website. Should I create a website account?

A. Yes, but please use the "Create a New Contact for your Account" link. If you do not have the required information readily available, please contact us at info@bmcprotect.com or give us a call so we can help link your account.

 

Q. I previously ordered a product that I don’t see on your website.  Is this product still available and can I order it?

A. Our product availability is up to date for products that we regularly stock; however, some products may require special or custom order.  Please contact us here or call us at 800-977-7888 for full product availability and special orders.

 

Q. Why are prices in my Price List higher than what my sales rep told me? 

A. Your negotiated pricing may not be loaded. Please contact your sales rep if you don't see it.  Please continue ordering through your sales rep or previous method until your pricing is loaded. 

 

Q. Why am I seeing MSRP pricing fluctuations for certain products on your website? 

A. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an increased demand for certain types of PPE, such as disposable gloves and masks, resulting in price fluctuations both on the consumer and manufacturing ends.  In order to stay competitive, we have to regularly monitor pricing to keep up with the market conditions. 

 

Q. How do I track shipping for my order? 

A. BMC Protect uses various shippers depending on the order size.  You can find your tracking information on the email we sent you containing your invoice, as well as on the attached invoice itself.   

Parcel orders (up to about 20 cases) will ship either  

LTL, or less than truckload, and FTL, or full truckload, will ship using carriers whose name will be identified on the email and invoice you received.  You can find estimated delivery times from the carriers below. 

 

Q. Do you have your own brands, or do you only distribute other companies’ products?   

A. BMC Protect has our own registered brands of GripProtect® gloves, masks, and gowns, Grip-Step®shoe covers, and TENDERProtect®adult wipes, and we also represent and distribute other manufacturers products for infection control.  We are constantly developing new products to bring to market that fulfill our customers’ needs. 

 

Q. Can I partner with BMC Protect to become a Reseller/Distributor of your products? 

A. Q. How do I know which disposable gloves I should be using? 

A.
