However, as more professionals put these gloves on, it is essential to make sure you and your employees wear disposable gloves that fit.  

Fit is critical when it comes to disposable gloves. If a glove is too tight, it can cause hand strain, fatigue, and an uncomfortable experience. An extremely tight glove is also susceptible to tearing, exposing the wearer to dangerous materials, or contaminating something they are working with. On the other hand, if the glove is too loose, it can cause skin irritation or chafing and not allow for a good grip or control over whatever task they are being used. A loose glove can let in liquids more easily, which may endanger the wearer. Remember, certain jobs require specific gloves that may fit differently, so whether you are using latex, vinyl, or nitrile , it can make a slight difference. 

Measure Your Hand  

The best way to find the perfect disposable glove fit is to take a fabric measuring tape and find out the size of your hand. Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles. Make sure NOT to include the thumb. The measurement you get in inches will show which size is best for you.
